Hayward Rotary have built Race Winning engines for Drag,

Hayward Rotary V-Mount
We have been developing this product for several years now, and made our first of the final design late last year. The intercooler and radiator has be designed with efficiency in mind. With the High capacity race spec aluminium radiator sitting at an angle opposed to its stock position and the high efficiency intercooler oppose to the radiator, the air flow from the nose of the vehicle is directed over the Radiator and intercooler, additional cooling as part of the setup is used, so that the only other air path is straight to the air filter, providing a cool inlet air charge to the induction area of the engine.

Installed systems show that our setup will not only completely control water temperatures, safeguarding the engine, but will also reduce the inlet charge temperature significantly over stock, this combined with the fresh air to the filter will result in much safer power increases. In addition to the above ,it will be immediately apparent the route of the air inlet charge is much shorter than a front mount intercooler system.

Hayward Rotary Non-Sequential Twin Turbo
We at Hayward Rotary have been promoting the conversion of the FD3S Turbo chargers from sequential to non-sequential for some years now. We believe that this modification gives the driver a more predictable and controllable boost pattern. Through extensive testing we have seen not only good power response but what we feel is a much improved torque/power curve, as you would expect with what is essentially the same as a small single turbo.

We are able to offer two services for the conversion, there is a long term temporary modification that we can carry out, with this we modify the existing units whilst they are on the car. After a trial period with the turbo's in the non sequential format, should the customer wish for them to be reinstated as sequential units, we will do this free of charge, we are that confidant you will approve!

The second option is to install one of our prepared units, unlike the first option, these turbopacks have been highly modified internally. This option requires the units to be exchanged and the associated works which must be done to do so. These modified turbos will produce more power and a marginally quicker spool than the first option. With Both of the options your ECU map will have to be tuned to suit the application.

AtomicRex
The AtomicRex Team is led by Jon Reeves and Sam Kendle. The team ran his race spec FD3S in the 2007 Castle Combe GT Championship and had many fantastic placing against cars such as race prepped Ferrari’s and Porches.
